A lightweight pre-strung racquet for players of all skill levels, the Prince AirO Hybrid Thunder mid-plus tennis racquet offers an ideal blend of playability and control. The AirO Hybrid Thunder is outfitted with Prince's AirO technology, which replaces traditional pin-sized string holes with revolutionary giant O-Ports at the 6 and 12 o'clock positions. This creates total string freedom and an expanded sweet spot, producing a livelier response across the entire swing bed. As a result, players will hit their best shots more often, including faster and more accurate serves, more controlled volleys, and more penetrating ground strokes. O-Ports also act as "wind tunnels" to reduce aerodynamic drag, creating a quick and maneuverable frame that produces a faster swing speed. Most impressively, Prince's engineers were able to do all this without enlarging the racquet head, increasing its length, or adding weight. The racquet also offers Prince's Triple Threat technology, a revolutionary weighting system of woven titanium copper, and carbon that's placed in three critical racquet locations: 10 o'clock, 2 o'clock, and the bottom of the handle. I bought it because I wanted to play with my friends in a field near home. I am not an expert tennis player, just an amateur, and I liked the racket very much. Good value for the price.
