The Wilson Kobra Team FX is all new for 2009 and utilizes Wilson FX Quad Shaft technology which hollows out the throat of the frame for added stability and lighter weight. With classic 'tweener specs along the lines of the Wilson K Pro Open, the Kobra Team FX has an 11.1 oz. strung weight, 26/24mm tapered beam, head light balance, and 100 sq. in. headsize. Head light balance and low swingweight enhance maneuverability and make the Kobra Team FX a breeze for generating spin.

All [K] Factor racquets utilize Wilson's proprietary next-generation [K]arophite Black structure which adds additional bonds between the SiO2 and graphite molecules on a nanoscopic scale, resulting in more feel and a stronger, more stable racquet. Overall, there are 4 new key [K] Factor technology concepts found in various configurations depending on the [K] Factor model.
