This is a good racket with a good sweet spot. There is no problem with shock from hitting at normal angles. There are many grip sizes available so it was easy to find one for my almost-teen son, and larger grip sizes are also easy to find. It's best to try rackets out in person rather than getting them on-line, but getting it through Amazon allowed me to get an appropriately sized racket/grip at a good price (prices fluctuate of course) that I could not find at a full service sporting good chain.
